    Belmont race 3 ~ #5 HOT SAND – this impeccably bred gelding ships in for some of my favorite  connections. He is out of multiple graded stakes winner Sand Springs who I believe loved the Belmont turf courses. This is a race without a standout, so I’m taking a shot that this colt will be able to sit just behind the leaders and kick home strongly down the stretch for victory. If this race gets transferred to the dirt – #9 BEST PLAY becomes the selection.
