A spectacular day of racing awaits at Gulfstream Park on Florida Derby Day. I have completely handicapped all 14 races with Pick5, Pick4 and Pick3 wagers suggested. The Rainbow PK6 will also be forcefully paid out with $2 million in the pool.
The races start at 11:30 and its really a great card, lots of turf racing, lots of stakes and hopefully it won’t be the last day of racing as COVID19 sweeps the nation closing tracks, businesses and cities across the country.
I have Stable Mail horses in today including on of the Best Bets where my nore was “won turf debut with ridiculous ease”. The day is filled with competitive races and some very nice plays. I have singles identified all day long but trying to play every bet and every race may prove too much for any player. Press in the strong spots, skip a race or two if you can as its a long day but we’re looking to cash some real nice tickets.
My turf selections will be key once again as I have identified quite a few runners who I like at nice prices that may go unnoticed by the normal handicappers. Can’t wait to play.

Gulfstream race 2 – #5 BEAU LUMINAIRE – This I Want Revenge gelding is making his 2nd start off the layoff which under normal circumstances means they will improve with the added fitness. This one has improved every time out and has faced some stiff company. Ran 2nd to Fearless two back who I think is a future stakes winner. Three back in his debut, he ran into two future stars in Honest Mischief and Soldato, who returned to the races this year a serious runner. Should be forwardly placed before drawing off for victory.
