Friday’s ‘Race of the Day’ comes in the 6th race at Penn National, their signature race, G3 The Penn Mile on turf with a 7:45 Pm Eastern Post Time. I like the #7 Set here & he’s 6/1 on the Morning Line. His last race is a complete throw out. Horses don’t get a hold of that Churchill Downs turf course when its wet plus he had a disastrous start. Set has positional speed that will allow him to sit behind someone if they want the lead or take it himself if nobody else goes. His premier speed jockey returns in the saddle and they are 2/2 together. I’m looking to open up mid-stretch and hold off the favorite for victory.
