Free Pick for Saturday 2/8

We started the weekend off well yesterday, taking what they gave us, cashed some tickets and moved on. We started the selections in race 3 and cashed three consecutive Pick3’s in race 5,6,&7 paying $109.20, $152.80, and $110.80. We also cashed four exactas ($13.80, $26.20, $22.80, and $36.80), four trifectas ($28.60, $102.80, $92.60, and $128.80) and two superfectas ($43.30 and $333) so it could have been a profitable day depending on how you wagered with the selections.

For Saturday, I have races 3-12 completely handicapped from Gulfstream with suggested Pick5’s, Pick4’s, and Pick3 wagers. It is a very competitive card today, so those multi-race wagers should be overlays and pay well. It’s a great day to get on board.

For Saturday’s Free Pick ~

Gulfstream race 6  – #9 COOL FAITH – this filly runs second off the layoff, so she will have the screws tightened and be ready to roll. She also endured a brutal trip last time in what was not a highlight reel worthy ride from Joe Bravo and I’m hoping for a much better trip at what should be an overlayed price. She also drops in class today from a stake race into this allowance and has a nice workout in tow. Looking for an upset and a solid price.

The very best of luck.

TOP PICKS & SUGGESTED WAGERS I handicap the races and list Four Horses per race (plus another in case scratches) in order of preference starting with the Top Pick so multi-race and inter-race wagers can be formed. Currently, I am focused on KEENELAND AND BELMONT PARK  providing my Pick5, Pick4 and Pick3 wagering strategies. My selections for turf races are 2nd to none. I find value and Double Digit Top Pick Turf Winner as my specialty.. Spot Plays may also be included in the daily selections, weekends more probable. Tracks for potential Spot Plays include SANTA ANITA, CHURCHILL DOWNS, LAUREL PARK, GULFSTREAM PARK, and CANTERBURY DOWNS. I'll focus around turf races looking to cash nice tickets.
